Impressed with the quality
Setup was quick and the carpet cleaner has worked flawlessly since day one. Noise level is lower than I anticipated, which matters a lot in an open-plan space. It's a bit bulkier than the pictures suggested, so measure your space first.
Not what I hoped for
Unfortunately this carpet cleaner hasn't held up the way I hoped. Missing a feature we assumed would be included based on the listing photos. Considering returning it if things don't improve.
