Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Husqvarna equipment purchase. You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less original shipping costs. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.

Factory-Reconditioned Items

Factory-reconditioned items are eligible for return under the same 30-day window and carry the manufacturer's reconditioned-unit warranty. See the individual product page for warranty length.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of use or fuel/oil contamination
  • Special-order or attachment parts once installed
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Contact us at contact@elgrandpatron.com with your order number to receive return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your equipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Warranty Claims

Manufacturer warranty claims (mechanical failure outside of shipping damage) are handled per the manufacturer's warranty terms; we can help direct you to an authorized service center.
