Wouldn't buy again
Disappointed with this purchase, expected more for the price. It started making a strange noise within the first month and support has been slow to help.
Exceeded my expectations
I was skeptical about the listed spec rating but it turned out to be more than enough for our needs. Compared to the previous model we owned, this one runs noticeably more efficiently. A solid upgrade over what we had previously. The listed spec spec sounds great on paper but real-world performance is only average.
Very pleased overall
After months of research this carpet cleaner was the one that made the most sense for our space. Performance-wise it handles everything we throw at it without breaking a sweat. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone on the fence. It's a bit bulkier than the pictures suggested, so measure your space first.
