Introducing the Sojag 12×10 Everest heavy duty steel garage kit. The Everest garage combines a strong steel framing with steel panels finished with “Galvalume” aluminum, zinc and silicone plating for next generation corrosion resistance. Enjoy a stronger roof and superior truss system that can withstand up to 35 psf (pounds per square foot) of snow and up to 100 mph winds when anchored properly. This garage is also taller than most garages on the market with 94 inch tall walls and 83 inch clearance on the main door and 78 inches on the side door. The main door included is an 8’x7′ sectional roll up door with brushed metal hardware. The side door also included is a real swing open door with premium brushed metal hardware (most garages on the market have sliding side doors).
