Exactly what we needed
After months of research this dehumidifier was the one that made the most sense for our space. The finish holds up well and hasn't shown any wear after regular use. A solid upgrade over what we had previously.
Works better than expected
Setup was quick and the dehumidifier has worked flawlessly since day one. Instructions were clear enough that setup took less than twenty minutes.
Disappointed with the quality
Disappointed with this purchase, expected more for the price. Delivery took much longer than promised and the packaging arrived a bit banged up. Hoping this is a one-off unit issue and not typical, but can't say for sure yet.
