The Navien NPE-210S2 is a high-efficiency condensing tankless water heater designed to deliver continuous hot water in both residential and commercial settings. With input capacity ranging from 12,000 to 180,000 BTU/h and a Uniform Energy Factor of 0.96, it provides powerful, energy-saving performance. It delivers up to 38.2 L per minute at a 1.7 °C rise and is ENERGY STAR certified for its high efficiency. Compact and wall-mounted, it installs indoors or outdoors and includes a field-convertible gas system with a conversion kit.
This model uses dual stainless steel heat exchangers for long-term durability and ultra condensing operation. It supports cascading with up to 16 units via Navien’s Ready-Link® technology and allows common venting with up to 12 units. The NPE-210S2 includes the EZNav™ multi-line control panel and built-in HotButton™ recirculation control, and it’s compatible with remote access via NaviLink™. It operates at elevations up to 10,3048 cm and can use a 1/5.1 cm gas line for runs up to 731.5 cm, providing installation flexibility across a range of applications.

Impressed with the quality
Setup was quick and the water heater has worked flawlessly since day one. Noise level is lower than I anticipated, which matters a lot in an open-plan space. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone on the fence.
Great addition to the household setup
