Decent but not amazing
This boiler does the job but it's not without a few quirks. It's a bit bulkier than the pictures suggested, so measure your space first. We'll keep using it but wouldn't call it a standout.
Exactly what we needed
Picked this up after comparing a few options and I'm glad I went with the Navien version. It looks great in our kitchen and several guests have asked where we got it. Already telling friends and family to consider this one.

My old boiler finally gave up, so I replaced it with this one and the difference is night and day. Delivery was fast and it arrived well packaged with no damage. Already telling friends and family to consider this one.
Impressed with the quality
Ordered this as a gift and ended up wanting one for myself after seeing how well it performs. Noise level is lower than I anticipated, which matters a lot in an open-plan space. Can't imagine going back to what we had before. Assembly took longer than expected and a couple of parts felt slightly flimsy.
