Wouldn't buy again
Wouldn't necessarily recommend this one after our experience. It started making a strange noise within the first month and support has been slow to help. For the money, I expected better quality control.
Works as expected mostly
Does what it says on the box, though I expected a bit more given the price. Assembly took longer than expected and a couple of parts felt slightly flimsy.
Really happy with this purchase
My old dehumidifier finally gave up, so I replaced it with this one and the difference is night and day. Performance-wise it handles everything we throw at it without breaking a sweat. Already telling friends and family to consider this one.
Exceeded my expectations
This dehumidifier has honestly exceeded what I expected for the price. Noise level is lower than I anticipated, which matters a lot in an open-plan space. A solid upgrade over what we had previously.
