Solid storage bench, would buy again
We needed a reliable storage bench for a growing household and this one delivers. It's quiet, easy to clean, and the controls are intuitive even for someone who isn't techy. Can't imagine going back to what we had before. Customer support was slow to respond when we had a question about the warranty.
A few quirks but okay
Overall a decent storage bench, though it took some getting used to. The instructions could have been clearer, we had to look up a tutorial online.
Works as expected mostly
A solid middle-of-the-road option if you're not looking for premium features. Assembly took longer than expected and a couple of parts felt slightly flimsy. Not perfect but reasonable for the price point.
Works better than expected
Ordered this as a gift and ended up wanting one for myself after seeing how well it performs. It looks great in our kitchen and several guests have asked where we got it. Already telling friends and family to consider this one.
