Starts on the first pull every time so far, very happy with it.
Bagging system works great, no clumping even in thick grass. Instructions could be clearer but it wasn't hard to figure out.
Upgraded from an old push mower and the difference is night and day. Wish it came with a carrying case but that's a minor gripe.
