A genuine upgrade
Picked this up after comparing a few options and I'm glad I went with the Henry version. It's quiet, easy to clean, and the controls are intuitive even for someone who isn't techy. Worth every penny in our opinion. The instructions could have been clearer, we had to look up a tutorial online.

Very pleased overall
Ordered this as a gift and ended up wanting one for myself after seeing how well it performs. Compared to the previous model we owned, this one runs noticeably more efficiently. Happy with the purchase overall and would buy again. The 620W spec sounds great on paper but real-world performance is only average.
Works better than expected
My old vacuum finally gave up, so I replaced it with this one and the difference is night and day. Delivery was fast and it arrived well packaged with no damage. Can't imagine going back to what we had before.
