A genuine upgrade
Ordered this as a gift and ended up wanting one for myself after seeing how well it performs. Noise level is lower than I anticipated, which matters a lot in an open-plan space. Great value for what you get.
Exactly what we needed
Ordered this as a gift and ended up wanting one for myself after seeing how well it performs. Performance-wise it handles everything we throw at it without breaking a sweat. Can't imagine going back to what we had before. Customer support was slow to respond when we had a question about the warranty.
A few quirks but okay
Mixed feelings on this one honestly. Assembly took longer than expected and a couple of parts felt slightly flimsy. We'll keep using it but wouldn't call it a standout.
