Very pleased overall
Ordered this as a gift and ended up wanting one for myself after seeing how well it performs. Compared to the previous model we owned, this one runs noticeably more efficiently. Customer support was slow to respond when we had a question about the warranty.

Exactly what we needed
Setup was quick and the vacuum has worked flawlessly since day one. It looks great in our kitchen and several guests have asked where we got it.
Had issues out of the box
Unfortunately this vacuum hasn't held up the way I hoped. Delivery took much longer than promised and the packaging arrived a bit banged up. Would think twice before buying this again.
