DK2 manufactures High-performance, feature-rich equipment, and the Detail K2 6-inch cyclonic chipper-shredder is part of the team! It will chew through small trees, tree-trimming, leaves, and broken branches at 3600 rpm.
The dual 12-inch cutting blades adjust to chip and pulverize brush, branches and logs up to 6.5″ in diameter. The best part? The blades are double-edge cut, so they are reversible for even more use and bang for your buck!
The double-swing chutes don’t require any tools, so you can open quickly and get to the drums easily for cleaning and maintenance. The feed chute includes dual handles to make moving the equipment a breeze.
You can use the top load for shredding that compost, garden waste, or leaves. It’s great for general garden clean up.
There is a quick drop stand and handy 2″ ball hitch on the removable tow bar making for compact storage, while the DOT tires with 48″ extended axel make for easy towing and awesome stability on uneven ground keeping you safe and productive.
You’ll find the included steel toolbox a great addition for storing all of your essential items for chipping and shredding. The schedule 80 tool-free chip chute pipe rotates 180 degrees and is pickup height for easy bed loading.
The OPC506 also includes a set of lockout keys, safety glasses, work gloves, ear protection, an oil bottle, and the assembly tools you’ll need to get up and running. It’s all there to get you working fast!
