Had issues out of the box
Had high hopes based on the reviews but our experience has been underwhelming. It started making a strange noise within the first month and support has been slow to help.
Great addition to the living room
Picked this up after comparing a few options and I'm glad I went with the De'Longhi version. It's quiet, easy to clean, and the controls are intuitive even for someone who isn't techy. Can't imagine going back to what we had before.
Decent but not amazing
Does what it says on the box, though I expected a bit more given the price. Customer support was slow to respond when we had a question about the warranty.
A genuine upgrade
After months of research this air conditioner was the one that made the most sense for our space. Compared to the previous model we owned, this one runs noticeably more efficiently. Can't imagine going back to what we had before.
