Not what I hoped for
Had high hopes based on the reviews but our experience has been underwhelming. It's louder than any comparable model we've tried before. Would think twice before buying this again.
Impressed with the quality

Unfortunately this carpet cleaner hasn't held up the way I hoped. Missing a feature we assumed would be included based on the listing photos.
Fantastic value for money
My old carpet cleaner finally gave up, so I replaced it with this one and the difference is night and day. Delivery was fast and it arrived well packaged with no damage. Already telling friends and family to consider this one. The listed spec spec sounds great on paper but real-world performance is only average.
