The laws regarding street legality for slow moving vehicles, such as golf carts, are at regulated at the municipal level. As such, Import Junkies cannot be responsible for guaranteeing the ability to use your cart on the street in any area of the country. All of the carts that we sell have serial numbers assigned to them at the factory. They do not have 17 digit Vehicle Identification Numbers assigned to them. We will provide you with a Notarized Sales Receipt with the Make, Model, and Serial Number of the cart, upon request. This will serve as proof of ownership. We cannot provide Certificates of Origin, titles, or any other manufacturer-generated paperwork. Please check with your local laws and regulations regarding usage for the cart you plan on ordering before you purchase.
